All transcript requests must be made in writing with the signature of the student in question. The first request is free and every request made thereafter will be charged a nominal fee of &hellip. Per transcript issued.
Your means of payment, or please indicate your credit card information on the request (Visa, Mastercard, American Express the name on the card the card number and expiration date are needed) and we will charge the nominal fee directly to your credit card.
Please note that for large transcript requests (6 or more) we will be obliged to await payment before issuing the transcripts.
As we must have your signature in order to legally release your transcript, we cannot accept transcript requests by E-mail. Please FAX or MAIL
